119. Daniel Joseph⁷ McCleary (Carra Catherine⁶ Harlan, Lila⁵ Shackleford, Sprigg⁴, John³, James², James B.¹) was born in Seattle WA 10/7/1949. Daniel died 10/31/1989 in Seattle WA, at 40 years of age.

He married Kathryn Hallberg 4/16/1983. From Anna Singer: "Dan was a trained respiratory therapist but followed his love of coin collecting and opened a business dealing in coins and antiques. He was brutally murdered in his shop by an intruder; the Seattle police and public prosecutors performed magnificently in arresting and convicting the murderer. Carra, his mother, was then suffering from colon cancer but lived long enough to see the murderer convicted. The family have since acted to prevent parole. @1999, all 3 children of Dan and Kathi McCleary are elementary school students."
