108. Ann Louise⁶ Harlan (Lila⁵ Shackleford, Sprigg⁴, John³, James², James B.¹) was born in Breckenridge CO 3/10/1916. Ann died 3/22/1992 in Hamden CT, at 76 years of age.

She married Stephen Fleck M.D. 10/13/1945. From Anna Singer: "Louise worked after college in Brazil and Boston; during World War II she worked for the Red Cross in Bournemouth, England, where she met her husband. The Flecks lived in Baltimore and Seattle briefly before moving to New Haven where Louise became active in education reform and reproductive-rights issues and was widely respected for her energy and activism. She died, like her sister Carra, of colon cancer at age 76."

Ann Louise Harlan and Stephen Fleck M.D. had the following children:

+ 120 i. Anna Lou⁷ Fleck was born 2/20/1947.

+ 121 ii. Stephen Harlan Fleck was born 10/16/1948.

122 iii. Carra Ruth Fleck was born in Seattle WA 10/28/1949. She married Ron Rockwood 4/1986. From Anna Singer: "Ron is a constuction inspector specializing in concrete tolerances." From Anna Singer: "Carra is an elementary school teacher in the Hamden, CT public schools and lives in Meriden. "
