She married twice. She married Willoughby Tebbs Young February 4, 1821. Willoughby was born December 8, 1790. Willoughby was the son of Robert Young and Judith Heath Tebbs. Willoughby died 1838-1842. Young, a citizen of Mason County, Kentucky being confined at the Hospital at Lexington being in possession of disposing memory do make this my last will and Testament this Eleventh day of December in the year of Our Lord 1838. All the property it has pleased God to bless me with I give to my mother Judith Young and Sister Margaret Cooke, during their natural lives, after paying my just debts the ballance to pass by the law of Decents. My Daughter Anne Maria to be decently clothed and supported until she Marys* or arrives to the age of twenty one years, then to inherit what may be left, subject however to the controle of my Execs. Item. My will and desire is that the quarter section of land in Daviess County Indiana Patented to Presley Day be sold and the tract west of the Flemingsburg road I bought of E. S. Pepper being by survey made to contain twenty seven acres one half and twenty poles also my two tracts in Campbell one on Pond Creek, the other being my interest in Robert Young's Preemption or so much as will pay my just debts the large tract covering Mount Gillead to be investigated, the land on Mill Creek to be rented out, the claim on Genl Government to be investigated so soon as the papers are obtained from N. D. Coleman, the Servants to which I am entitled now in possession of my Mother to be liberated as soon as they clear fifty acres of land on the west fork of White River Indiana for my Daughter, for doing of which I request my Daughter to give them the wood to enable them to purchase land for themselves. lastly I do appoint nry friends George Chism and Peter Peter* Lashbrookes my Executors of this my last will and testament. Grants title being doubtful a motion was before the Campbell Circuit Court to set the sale aside, the result I have been apprised of. My Exn was older than Kirtleys under which Grants home Farm was sold. The quarter section in Daviess County Ind. Seth B. Shackleford has a Mortgage to secure the payment of a small sum which I wish paid immediately he holding my note of hand for the same, what I am indebted to my Sister Cooke, if the land I bought of E. S. Peper* suits her, she shall have to release me from the mortgage of my brother Roberts interest in the servants, conveyed to me at what the land may be worth believing proper to be paid, when back rent was taken out and what I paid him before he forced the possession.
